My wife and I stayed 4 nights here, and loved everything about it! The room was amazing- spacious and clean! The lobby lounge was a great spot at night/late afternoon! The food and drinks were amazing, and the staff was outstanding! The resort itself is absolutely breathtaking! The golf course, tennis and workout facility, as well as the pools, were all beautiful! This was probably the nicest resort my wife and I have stayed at. Would highly recommend it - worth the money! We will be back.

OMG breathtaking! The whole hotel gives such luxury vintage vibes mixed with elegance and relaxation. The moment you walk in, everything feels so peaceful, classy, and aesthetic. The architecture and interior were absolutely beautiful definitely picture perfect everywhere 📸✨ And the spa experience!! Absolutely exceptional. The massage was honestly one of the BEST massage experiences I’ve ever had. So relaxing, calming, and refreshing. I left feeling like a whole new person 😭✨ The staff were also super professional, sweet, and welcoming the entire time. The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything about this place felt luxurious and relaxing. The scenery and atmosphere around the resort were also stunning. Such a perfect getaway spot if you want to relax, recharge, and treat yourself. 1000% recommend if you love elegant hotels, spa days, relaxing vibes, and aesthetic luxury experiences 💆♀️✨

The staff was incredible, the food delicious, the room perfect. From a day at the spa with amazing staff, my massage with Tess was top level, the hot tubs, steam and saunas perfectly located and roof top pool for lunch (we chose chicken shawarma kabobs, taste and presentation was perfect) followed by swimming made it all an experience I want to book again. We went to the three course afternoon tea with large delicious flavor wrapped in small finger sandwiches, fresh scones with Devon Cream (I could have eaten THAT with a spoon!) and pastries we took back to the room because we were so full, and of course there was every kind of tea. I had Green Pomegranate! Yum! The evening live music was someone we looked up so we could see him again! He was that good! The hotel itself is exactly what we hoped for. Previous poor comments made us worry but we found no problems or concerns during our stay, quite the opposite. The restaurant staff, wait times and food were exactly the high quality we would expect. The hotel staff went over and above any request we had. The clean room with the incredible view is one we would book again. I give this my highest recommendation and we travel quite a lot.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at The Phoenician Scottsdale, in room 3037, and we truly wanted to recognize the exceptional service we received from Paula at the concierge desk. We came all the way from Montreal, Canada, and Paula made our stay feel effortless, special, and unforgettable from the very beginning. Her attention to detail, kindness, professionalism, and genuine care truly stood out. Thanks to Paula, every part of our experience was smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed, taken care of, and truly valued as guests. We are extremely grateful for everything she did for us. Paula absolutely deserves flowers for the amazing experience she helped create. 🌸 Thank you again to Paula and the entire team at The Phoenician Scottsdale for an unforgettable stay. We are leaving with so much gratitude and wonderful memories.

Spent 9 days and the highlight was the exceptional service from the staff. The ballrooms are excellent and the banquet staff is on point. They never missed a beat and even helped us with moving signage around the resort. The resort is beautiful although some of the rooms could use updating. Camelback mountain as the backdrop makes it for a spectacular view. I was thoroughly impressed with my stay. Thank you!

I cannot remember visiting a better hotel than this. It’s classy once you walk in. Definitely high price but everything pretty much needs expectations. The food at all the restaurants was good. The little market for breakfast coffee has great breakfast sandwiches and breakfast burritos much better than Starbucks. Do not go to Starbucks just go to the breakfast market. The pool is great all the servers down at the pools are great. Never had an issue. Normally when you go to a hotel, there’s something that annoys you but here really nothing.

Here’s a polished review for **The Phoenician**:||The Phoenician has become one of our favorite resorts in the Phoenix area, largely because of its incredible pools and beautiful property.||During our most recent stay, we were upgraded to a Canyon Suite, and it was fantastic. The suite had been recently remodeled, felt spacious and luxurious, and was just a short walk from the pool, which made the location especially convenient for our family.||Breakfast is always one of the highlights of our stays, and we also enjoy walking over to the shops and stopping for yogurt in the afternoon. It has become a fun part of our routine whenever we visit.||Our kids especially love the game room, which has shuffleboard, billiards, and video games. It is a great place to take a break from the afternoon heat while still having something fun to do.||Between the pools, the beautiful accommodations, the dining, and the family-friendly amenities, The Phoenician continues to be a resort we look forward to returning to.

We had a really enjoyable stay at The Phoenician overall, with several standout moments that made the experience memorable. First, housekeeping was excellent—our room was consistently spotless, refreshed on time, and maintained to a high standard throughout our stay. That level of attention definitely added to the comfort and luxury feel of the resort. A special thank you to Bradley at the concierge desk, who was absolutely fantastic—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience. Another concierge team member (I believe her name started with “S”) was also very helpful and pleasant, contributing to the overall great service we received in that area. The only downside during our stay was an interaction with a young lady handling room service calls, which did not reflect the level of service expected at a resort of this caliber. However, we appreciated that the front desk manager addressed the concern promptly and professionally, restoring the level of service we anticipated. Overall, a beautiful property with excellent service recovery and standout staff—would definitely return.
